About Us
In 2001, the founder of MT Legal Services, Mark Tucker, was looking to build a Will writing service that offered a level of service unmatched by law firms within the Northamptonshire area.
Mark had spent his entire working career within the legal profession, having worked for 3 law firms over a 20 year period. After successfully managing a Private Client Department for a medium to large sized law firm, Mark decided that the time had come to work for himself.
Since the launch of MT Legal Services, our aim has been, and continues to be the provision of cost effective products for our clients.
Mark remains the sole proprietor of MT Legal Services, and will personally visit you at home or at your place of work if needed, to discuss your needs, and to offer solutions to some of the most complex family and tax related problems.
Our approach is to ensure that our clients receive advice that will be clearly understood and will make sense. Our code of practice, monitored by the Institute of Professional Willwriters, ensures that every single client will receive the highest levels of care and consideration.
